Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions applicable when renting a vehicle (bike or scooty) from My Choice My Ride. By booking and taking delivery of a vehicle, the customer agrees to all conditions listed below.

1. Parties Involved

This agreement is between:

Service Provider: My Choice My Ride (Lucknow)
Customer: The person whose name and ID is provided during booking and pickup

2. Eligibility & Verification

Customer must be at least 18 years old.
A valid driving licence must be shown before renting the vehicle.
A government ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID/Passport) is required for verification.
False documentation will lead to immediate cancellation.

3. Vehicle Condition & Handover

Vehicle will be provided in good running condition with basic safety checks.
Customer must inspect the vehicle before accepting it.
Any pre-existing damage should be reported at the time of pickup to avoid disputes later.

4. Usage Rules

Helmet must be worn at all times (legally mandatory).
Vehicle must be used responsibly and for lawful purposes only.
Racing, stunts, rash driving, over-speeding, or drunk driving is strictly prohibited.
No unauthorized rider is allowed without prior approval.
Customer is responsible for all challans, fines, or legal penalties incurred during rental.

5. Rental Duration

Rental period starts from the time the vehicle is handed over.
Returning the vehicle late may incur extra charges.
Extensions may be allowed based on availability and must be confirmed via WhatsApp or call.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected based on vehicle type.
The deposit will be refunded after inspection upon return of the vehicle.
Deductions may be made for damages, missing parts, fines, or late return charges.

7. Damage & Liability

Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period is the customer's responsibility, regardless of fault.
Repair charges will be based on actual cost from an authorized service center.
In case of severe damage or accident, customer must inform My Choice My Ride immediately.

8. Fuel Policy

Fuel is not included in the rental fee.
Vehicle must be returned with similar fuel level to avoid extra fuel charges.

9. Breakdown & Emergency

If the vehicle breaks down due to mechanical failure, we will assist you with replacement or support.
If breakdown occurs due to misuse or accident, customer will bear repair and towing charges.

10. Loss or Theft

In case of theft, customer must immediately file an FIR and inform My Choice My Ride.
Customer is responsible for full compensation as per market or insurance value.

11. Cancellation

12. Termination of Rental

My Choice My Ride reserves the right to cancel or terminate the rental at any time if misuse is noticed.
Refunds will be issued as per company policies in such situations.

13. Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold My Choice My Ride harmless from any losses, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse, illegal usage, or negligence.

14. Governing Law

This Rental Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in Uttar Pradesh, India.
